Tri-State Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association
Welcome to tisoa.org! We are the Tri-State Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association, a local chapter association of NISOA, the National Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association. We supply officials who are certified, trained and registered as NISOA members to college institutions in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio. You can learn about the Chapter History of our association, get access to Links/Forms/Rules that the chapter members use and find information on our Chapter Contacts to email any of the chapter officers by following the tabs in the table to the left. Chapter members of TISOA can enter the Members Log-In area of the website to get additional chapter information. (Username and password required!)
